You can go skiing with the best if you visit the Planica Nordic Centre near Kranjska Gora. There, you can go cross-country skiing even in the summer: 800 metres of a snow-covered trail in an underground tunnel is available for the greatest enthusiasts even in the warm months of the year. In the winter, when there is no lack of snow, Kranjska Gora and its surrounding area offer numerous cross-country skiing opportunities. More than 40 kilometres of dedicated trails take you from Kranjska Gora into all directions: past the Planica Nordic Centre into the Tamar Valley. Towards Gozd Martuljek.
