Snowboarding is synonymous with originality, relaxation, creativity, and imagination in the snow. The winter version of surfing or skating is an activity for young and old lovers of snow activities. They love spending time at snow parks and trying out various tricks.

Slovenian ski centres are snowboarder-friendly. Snowboarders visit those ski centres which, in addition to slopes, also offer fun at snow parks. Jumps, courses, and snow rails promise to provide pure joy for all adrenaline junkies.

Fun Park Rogla

A half-pipe, a slopestyle course, two big air jumps, and earth-built kickers, have been made so you can perform your craziest tricks. If you are visiting the Snow Park for the first time, experienced teachers can assist you. They will teach you free-style skiing and snowboarding basics and how to perform tricks on all of the Park’s elements.

Vogel Snow Park
Hip hip hurray for Vogel! With a stunning view of the Julian Alps and Lake Bohinj, Vogel itself is a fairy tale. To add a cherry on top, there’s also the Snow Park, boasting jumps of various sizes, rails, and boxes that will pump you full of adrenaline and a feeling of freedom between the sky and the snow.

Hit the slopes in Krvavec!
With a total length of 800 m, the Krvavec Snow Park provides challenges on six jumps with sizes from 3 to 12 metres, and you can challenge yourself by performing tricks on 10 other structures as well. Nice!

Cerkno Snow Park
The first part of the Snow Park is intended for beginners, who can also hire a teacher. Experienced snowboarders will find the second part interesting. Try the six-metre ‘straight box’ and ‘soft bow box’ or the seven-metre ‘kink box’ and ‘double tube’. So you don’t grow tired too soon, there’s two more jumps, a ninety jump, a half-pipe, and a quarter pipe.

At snow parks, on well-maintained slopes, as well as in fresh snow, you are mainly responsible for your own safety!

Many snowboarders like to go off the dedicated ski slopes. This is not recommended, as snowboarding and skiing outside of dedicated slopes is prohibited at Slovenian ski centres.
