E-bike rental and guided tours

Exercise. Rent electric bikes for adults and children and enjoy guided cycling trails deep in the forests of the Kočevski Rog. Hug the thickest fir tree in Slovenia, learn about life in hidden partisan hospitals, take photos by the remains of a narrow-gauge forest railway, water reservoirs or a replica of a Celtic dwelling.

Hiking

Make the first step. Several-hours long marked hiking trails lead you from the centre of Gače to different parts of the Kočevski Rog. Climb Mirna Gora, the most beautiful viewpoint in the Bela Krajina, visit the vast meadows where thousands of orchids bloom and learn about the six-hundred-year history and fate of the Kočevsko people.
