In the south-eastern part of Veliki vrh on Pohorje, at an altitude of between 1,200 and 1,347 meters above sea level, 4 ski runs are spread over 16 hectares. Two tracks with a length of 450 meters are suitable for learning to ski, and the remaining two with a length of 950 meters are suitable for good recreational skiers.
The total length of the tracks is 3 kilometers. The infrastructure of the ski slopes allows the transport of 1,700 skiers per hour, and we also make artificial snow on the ski slopes. There is never a shortage of activities at the Jakec ski resort. For inexperienced skiers, we offer skiing lessons with our teachers, for cross-country skiers there are 4 kilometers of trails prepared in winter, and we often organize various competitions in giant slalom and slalom for all age groups.
