The Ribnica ski resort is located in the Ribniške Pohorje and, due to its homeliness, is especially friendly for children and all beginners of skiing. The long-standing tradition of winter activities in Ribniške Pohorje attracts many hikers and cross-country skiers, who in winter admire the view of the white plateaus of Pohorje and nearby peaks.
