Austria’s biggest cycling event

From 13 to 14 April 2024, the Argus Bike Festival, Austria’s largest and most recognisable cycling event, took place on the square in front of the City Hall in Vienna. The festival attracted many visitors, who were fascinated by the latest cycling trends, the tourist offer and the spectacular shows.

This year, the Argus Bike Festival celebrated its 25th anniversary, which was marked with special events and activities. Among more than 90 exhibitors, Slovenia was also present, impressing visitors with its range of cycling experiences and tourism opportunities. Slovenia Outdoor presented:

Slovenia’s presence at this festival has added an important contribution to the promotion of cycling tourism and experiences in Slovenia. Visitors had the opportunity to discover the diverse cycling offer Slovenia has to offer and to see for themselves that we are the right destination for all those who want an active holiday.

The festival featured a varied programme of activities, including testing and training in the E-MTB arena, spectacular cycling shows, workshops for children and free bike inspections. Argus Bike Festival remains a key event for all cycling enthusiasts, attracting thousands of visitors from all over the world every year.
